Federal Arcade, or previously known as Federal Bowl, is a happening venue for a variety of urban lifestyle entertainment. New programs are added to revive the complex as the proposal aims to redesign the frontages of the arcade. Staircases are introduced to allow access to the first floor, housing a fitness center to complement the existing hotel. The current run down parking bays are intended to be repurposed as an underground watering hole of bars and bistros. Back at the ground level, a neighbourhood grocery will be introduced to cater for the needs of the residents of the nearby hotel and apartment.
