Jalan Bulan, a key connector between Bukit Bintang and the main entrance of Plaza Low Yat, has long suffered from congestion and outdated infrastructure. The existing conditions—characterized by disorderly motorbike parking, narrow walkways, and a general lack of safety—have necessitated a comprehensive redesign.
Our approach focuses on transforming this vital thoroughfare into a vibrant, welcoming space that reflects the modernity of Plaza Low Yat, renowned for its status as an IT Mall. By relocating motorbike parking, we are able to widen the walkways and incorporate lush greenery, enhancing both aesthetics and pedestrian safety.
The new design introduces contemporary elements with an emphasis on rounded corners and streamlined, clean lines. These features not only modernize the street but also harmonize with the technological identity of Plaza Low Yat. Our goal is to create a functional, beautiful space that supports the dynamic flow of people and reflects the innovative spirit of the surrounding area.
Our collaboration with multiple departments within DBKL and our client's commitment to a CSR Programme highlight our dedication to the project's long-term success. The beautification of Jalan Bulan becomes a key public space within the city and is one step close to a walkable and healthier Kuala Lumpur.
