The design of this three-storey bungalow harmonizes functionality and aesthetics, positioning itself strategically along the main road to create a dynamic interaction with its surroundings. Elevating the living spaces—kitchen, living room, and bedrooms—onto the first and second floors not only enhances privacy but also offers expansive views, allowing residents to engage with the landscape beyond.

The ground level serves a vital purpose as an entryway, featuring a welcoming foyer that is seamlessly connected to the upper levels via an elegant staircase and a discreet lift. This thoughtful approach prioritizes accessibility while maintaining the serene atmosphere of the living spaces above.

Emphasizing a contemporary industrial style, the façade showcases raw concrete, metal cladding, and clay bricks. These materials not only provide a rugged texture but also ensure durability and longevity. The interplay of these elements creates a striking visual identity that resonates with modern architectural trends.

To mitigate the effects of direct sunlight and urban noise, planter boxes adorned with lush greenery and aluminum screens are integrated at the first-floor level. This design feature not only enhances the building’s ecological footprint but also fosters a connection between nature and urban living, providing both beauty and function.

Overall, this architectural vision aims to create a balanced living environment that prioritizes privacy, aesthetics, and an immersive connection with nature, all while making a bold statement in its urban context.
