Our first take on shoplot design in conjunction of the One Alam Jaya bungalows.
The facade of the shoplots are given a simple approach, a geometrical series of copings and glass-paneled storefront with double frontages to maximize the visitors interaction of the surrounding. The wider layout of each shoplot unit, 30' x 75' compared to a typical 24' x 75' provides tenant more spaces to conduct their business, as well as a wider area for the placement of signages and larger storage space. While the selection of colours leans toward a more monochromatic scheme, the air-conditioning louvers are given a bright orange tone which creates a sense of contrast, at the same time serves as a highlight of ground-to-first-floor entry point of each conjoining unit.
