The masterplan for Tasik Lestari Cove in Kuantan envisions the transformation of 41 acres of underdeveloped land into a vibrant, multifunctional community. This ambitious project will include 240 units of serviced residences, 325 residential housing units, and a dynamic waterfront commercial area.

 

At its heart, the masterplan features The Menteri Besar’s official residence, establishing a prominent landmark for Kuantan.

Leveraging the natural beauty of Tasik Lestari’s lake, the development is designed to harmonize with the existing landscape, creating a distinctive and sustainable destination. The masterplan aims to enhance the area’s appeal, fostering a lively and integrated community that will become a defining feature of Kuantan.
