Existing female changing room is very run down and requires urgent facelift. 1 internal and 1 external courtyards are introduced to bring in light and greenery. The materials used for the changing rooms are  woodgrain + decorative floor tiles to give a sense of resort feel. The assignment is a successful refurbishment project which bring in many new local and overseas female golfers.

Meanwhile, a new extension for buggy drop off and caddy pavilion aims to reorganise the current chaotic flow of the buggies during peak hours. It is an exercise to provide proper shelter and parking bays for the buggies. It is also acting as a gateway for pedestrian walkway and entrance statement for the VIP drop off point. New water feature is introduced to give a sense of welcoming statement. Painted dark grey steel, rubber walls, concrete pavers, honed finish granite and frosted glass are forming the cool backdrop while greenery and woodgrain ceiling will stand out as a contrasting warm element. The artificial lights for the buggy drop off is another selling point at night. Led strip light and garden light are strategically located to give a cozy ambient
